Stephanie met with us months ago to begin the process for our move. She photographed the exterior in the summer while everything was green and blooming, since our move was planned for winter. She developed a well thought out marketing strategy and was a wonderful source of knowledge of the Argyle area. Her strategy allowed us to move out and then for her to stage it, followed by an open house. We had multiple offers four days later. Stephanie utilized social media, and I feel that help reach many people who were looking for a house.
